About the DIANT® LARU Discovery
The DIANT® LARU Discovery is a low flow rate, low dead volume system for research nanoparticle processing. Featuring patented turbulent jet technology, the DIANT® LARU Discovery enables lowest volume research test runs for multi-mode specification and optimization of nanoparticle processing. The LARU Discovery processing technology can be scaled with DIANT® system product offerings from clinic to commercial scale.
Nanoparticle Manufacturing with the DIANT® LARU Discovery
The LARU Discovery is a research-scale system that can continuously produce lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), liposomes, nucleic acid/lipid complexes, polymeric micelles, and suspensions.
The LARU Discovery:
- With other DIANT solutions, scalable from R&D to commercial cGMP manufacturing
- Enables a direct translation to continuous nanoparticle processing
- Produces nanoparticles of various sizes: ~25 d.nm to >500 d.nm
- Collects volumes as low as 2 mL (per run)
- Has standard connections for bottles, tubes, or 2D bags for ease of use
Solvent Injection
The LARU Discovery features DIANT® Jet technology, a patented single-jet, low flow rate, low dead volume (LDV) solvent injection system for high throughput. Used in all DIANT® systems to facilitate seamless scale-up from R&D to commercial manufacturing, DIANT® Jet technology precisely combines genetic material/API in buffer with lipids in solvents.
