2022 Awards - NSF SBIR Phase I

DIANT LARU

An R&D nanoparticle synthesis system scalable to the DIANT LiFT . Suitable for R&D and academic work. Offers a small size to fit on a lab bench and can continuously produce lipid and polymer-based nanoparticles. The system can operate in batch or continuous operation, with short duration runs of 30 seconds to long duration runs. Maximum output flow rate is 400 mL/min.

DIANT LiFT with NanoFlowSizer

Nanoparticle production system with automatic particle size control and monitoring. Downstream processing includes the DIANT 2TFF and DIANT IEM. Systems include customizable PAT.

NanoFlowSizer

 

NanoFlowSizer (NFS) is a new non-invasive nanoparticle size analyser developed by InProcess-LSP, the only one capable of carrying particle size and size distribution measurement for non-solid products inline, at the production flow, with no need to extract or treat a sample.
